Day 3 of breathing the chapters and clean eating

fernando-lavin-633896-unsplashOkay, so it is day 3 now of breathing the chapters of my book, and eating raw green smoothies and salads. I am feeling a connection, and a difference.

Breathing the chapters is simple. At the beginning of the chapter, I take three deep expanding breaths, then repeat the affirmation/heart-command. Then I deeply concentrate and read the chapter out loud, in a whisper, or silently. When I get to another repetition, I take three more deep breaths and repeat it while tapping my chest.  Throughout the chapter I am taking many deep breaths and repeating the affirmation in a spaced periodic way. Spaced repetition is really important for impacting the deeper layers of mind and body.

So far, I am breathing 2 chapters a day. I am finding this to be intense spiritual work. Definitely not for the faint of heart. The reason I say this is because there is so much trauma and false beliefs, illusions, and stories that are embedded in our subconscious mind. As I drop these programs into my chest and subconscious mind, I am upsetting the subconscious order. Patterns like to stay in routines. So I am sure in the next 90 days, I will probably hit some rough patches.

These are the principles I am embedding into my subconscious mind via the feeling centers of my chest:

~the beingness of love…

~the flow of love…

~embracing my vulnerability…

~connecting with the ancient spiritual sound of Aum…

~anchoring in gratitude and freedom…

~radical self-forgiveness…

~living my highest joy…

~and holding all of life in my heart space of unconditional love.

So, really, this represents radical spiritual growth. It helps us tap into our unlimited spiritual potential.

The point of this experiment is to combine the above with clean, raw, plant based eating. I am looking forward to the next 87 days!
